Job description

**Chowbus** is a leading Asian restaurant technology SaaS platform, with deep roots in the North American market for years. Currently, we stand as a pioneering enterprise in the North American Asian Restaurant SaaS sector. Driven by precise market positioning and efficient product services, our business has achieved doubled growth annually, covering over 30 core states and 100 key cities across the U.S., and partnering with more than 10,000 Asian restaurants. We build tech ecosystems that help restaurants grow, serve with heart, and uplift their communities. Our vision is to create a world where culturally rooted food entrepreneurs thrive everywhere. We are looking for aBilingual Product Manager to own Chowbus Go, the mobile app companion to Chowbus POS. You'll own Chowbus Go end to end — strategy, roadmap, and delivery — and be the product team's presence in the US market, close to our merchants, sales, and customer success teams. Over time, you'll also take on our integrations with external systems (inventory, reservations, reviews) and help turn them into a repeatable platform. This is a remote position open to candidates based in the United States. Occasional visits to merchant locations and extended hours may be required depending on business needs. ## **What You'll Focus On** - Own the Chowbus Go roadmap and priorities, with engagement (DAU/WAU, weekly active restaurants) as your north star. - Drive the full product development lifecycle for Chowbus Go, from discovery and requirements through design, build, launch, and iteration. - Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and QA in China to plan, build, and ship high-quality releases, in close alignment with peer product managers. - Define success metrics and instrumentation for the product, and use adoption, retention, and efficiency data to inform prioritization and product decisions. - Build a standing feedback loop with US sales, customer success, and onboarding; visit restaurants to see how owners actually run their businesses. - Over time, own integrations with third-party systems: scope, API-level design with partner engineering teams, launch, and the standards and documentation that make the next integration faster. ## **What You Bring** - 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS - Have owned a customer-facing management product end to end — a merchant portal, admin app, or customer dashboard — from definition through launch and iteration; mobile experience is a plus - Data-driven: you define adoption and retention metrics, get them instrumented, and let them decide what ships next - Technical fluency with APIs and system integrations, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and partner engineering teams - Fluent in Mandarin and English, written and spoken, and able to collaborate effectively across time zones with teams in the US and China - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience in restaurant or retail SaaS, or with POS products - You've built or grown an open platform, partner API program, or integration marketplace - Familiarity with the Asian restaurant community in North America ## **What We Offer** - Competitive compensation package - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) - 100% employer-paid Short-Term Disability (STD) - 100% employer-paid Life Insurance - 100% employer-paid AD&D Insurance - Company holidays - Birthday off - Paid Parental Leave - Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) **The salary for this role is $100,000–$120,000, depending on experience.**
