## **Billing Specialist** --- **Pay**: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour **Job Type**: Full-Time --- **JOB DESCRIPTION:** We here at Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC are looking for a sharp and dedicated Billing Specialist to ensure our claims are submitted accurately and our revenue cycle stays healthy. Your precision directly supports the clinical mission — every clean claim you submit keeps our services running. --- **RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Prepare and submit accurate insurance claims for services rendered - Confirm BCBA credentialing on all authorizations prior to claim submission - Review claim denials and resubmit with appropriate corrections and documentation - Reconcile billing records daily and maintain accurate claim status tracking - Communicate with payers to resolve outstanding claim issues --- **SKILLS:** - Experience submitting insurance claims in a healthcare or ABA setting - Knowledge of payer-specific billing requirements and CPT codes - Experience working denials and resubmissions with measurable recovery rates - Proficiency in billing platforms such as Tebra, Rethink, or CentralReach - Strong attention to detail and accuracy under deadline pressure --- **WHAT SETS YOU APART?** You take pride in a clean claim rate that others only dream about.
