# Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) **$60–$70/hour | Contract | Flexible Schedule** ABA Achievers is looking for a passionate and motivated **BCBA** to join our growing team. If you’re looking for flexibility, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families, we’d love to hear from you! ## What You’ll Do - Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. - Oversee and support paraprofessionals. - Monitor progress through data collection and analysis. - Provide parent/caregiver training. - Develop individualized treatment programs and behavioral strategies. - Collaborate with families and team members to support client success. ## What We’re Looking For - Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field. - Current BCBA certification and required state licensure. - Experience working with children in ABA, behavioral health, or special education. - Strong communication, leadership, and data-analysis skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required. **Job Type: Contract** Ready to do meaningful work with the flexibility you want? **Apply today and join ABA Achievers!**
