We are currently seeking a passionate, motivated, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team in the Bronx. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who values clinical excellence, collaboration, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with autism and developmental needs. --- **What You’ll Do:** - Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skills assessments - Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) - Supervise, mentor, and support paraprofessionals and behavior staff - Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and analysis - Modify programming based on clinical data and treatment outcomes - Provide parent training and caregiver support to promote generalization of skills - Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers - Ensure high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based ABA services --- **Qualifications:** - Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field - Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB - Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively - Experience with behavioral assessments, treatment planning, and data analysis - Bilingual English/Spanish is required --- **What Makes You a Great Fit:** You are compassionate, driven, and committed to helping children reach their fullest potential.
