- Brentwood, NY (Spanish Speaking is a must!) Weekend hours
- Ridge, NY - Monday to Thursday from 4:30pm to 6:30pm
- West Islip, NY - Monday's, Wednesdays, Fridays 4:00pm to 6:00pm
- Stony Brook, NY - Weekdays, After-School hours
- Washington Heights, NY - Monday to friday 3:00 to 5:00pm or Monday's, Thursday's, Friday's 4:00pm to 6:00pm
- Elmont, NY - Weekdays, After-School hours

**What You’ll Do:**
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skills assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and ABA staff
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data analysis
- Collaborate closely with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers
- Deliver parent training and ongoing caregiver support
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation

**Qualifications:**
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience supervising ABA cases across home and/or school settings
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- NYC experience preferred
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
