As we continue growing in **New Mexico**, we're looking for a passionate **Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)** who wants to make a meaningful difference while being part of a supportive, collaborative team. ### What You'll Do - Conduct behavioral and functional assessments. - Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans. - Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to RBTs and ABA staff. - Analyze data and make data-driven clinical decisions. - Provide caregiver training and support. - Collaborate with families, schools, and other members of the care team. - Support skill development in natural environments, including home, school, and community settings when appropriate. - Complete required clinical documentation and maintain high standards of ethical care. ### What We're Looking For - Current **BCBA certification** through the BACB. - **New Mexico licensure** or ability to obtain licensure. - Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field. - Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities. - Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills. - A collaborative, compassionate, and family-centered approach to care. - Passion for helping children build meaningful skills and achieve greater independence. ### Why Skill Sprouts ABA?
