Dogwood has **six ECC doctors on staff**, creating an environment where criticalists can collaborate with criticalists, discuss challenging cases, share knowledge, support one another, and continue pushing the standard of care forward. **Critical Care Is Our Foundation**Critical care has been part of Dogwood's foundation from the beginning. It influences how our hospital is designed, how our teams collaborate, and how we approach the most complex patients. **You'll practice alongside:** - **Six ECC doctors** - **Eight emergency doctors**, including a Certified Palliative Care DVM - **Three surgeons** - **Two neurologists** - **A cardiologist** - **An oncologist** - **A dedicated anesthesiologist** - **Internal Medicine support every weekday** - A collaborative team of board-certified and residency-trained specialists Our advanced capabilities include: - Dialysis and renal replacement therapy - Mechanical ventilation and advanced respiratory support - Advanced hemodynamic and ICU monitoring - Transfusion medicine with in-house blood bank - CT, MRI, ultrasound, and digital radiology - Advanced surgical and interventional capabilities
