Boat Captain

Job description

Primary responsibility is to assist the Boat Captain administer the day-to-day operations needs of boat and passengers. Duties include seeing the safety, satisfaction and comfort of guests during their journey. Ensure all equipment on-board are in perfect working condition and the boat is well-maintained and clean. Must hold a valid license (outboard / Inboard). Must hold a valid Certificate in coastal navigation. Physically fit and well groomed. Able to communicate well with peers and guests. Ability to take responsibility and work under pressure. Previous experience in resort transport will be an added advantage A friendly, customer focused attitude with the drive to provide total customer satisfaction Initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and efficient Excellent communication skills & a high standard of grooming and presentation The ability and flexibility to work in a 24 hour, 7 day working environment Royal Island is a faraway island retreat where every day is a new chapter.
