Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality autobody repairs and part replacements according to OEM standards
- Complete structural and non-structural repairs using Spanesi 3D systems, Celette jigs, and advanced welding equipment
- Collaborate with painters, estimators, and production staff to ensure accurate, efficient repairs
- Maintain company SOPs, adhere to quality control guidelines, and keep a clean, organized work area
- Ensure all repairs meet or exceed OEM safety and performance requirements
Requirements
- 310B Autobody Repair Technician license or registered apprentice
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on collision repair experience
- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and technical repair skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Preferred Assets
- Tesla, Audi, BMW, VW, or other OEM certifications
- Welding certifications (steel, aluminum, MIG, spot welding)
- ADAS calibration or EV repair experience
- Experience with high-end or electric vehicles
