BOH Associate

Job description

Aimé Leon Dore is seeking a pro-active Back of House (BOH) Associate to join the London retail team, reporting directly to the Inventory Specialist. This position will help support inventory management processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping and product maintenance. **Duties & Responsibilities** - Assist with daily inventory replenishments - Maintain all back of house and stockroom standards inline with brand expectations - Assist with managing incoming deliveries and ensure shipment accuracy upon receipt - Support with the creation of weekly stock management reports - Share feedback on processes to help optimize efficiency throughout the season - Assist with reviews of stock flow and storage processes - Support management with cycle counts and stock takes - Support merchandising teams in the preparation of floor moves and visual merchandising updates **Qualifications** - Experience in retail operations and stock handling - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Able to work independently and as a team with a keen attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel - Flexible working hours For more information, view our [Candidate Privacy Policy](https://eu.aimeleondore.com/pages/terms-and-conditions)
