Meet directly with our **Cultivation Manager and Supervisors** to learn about what it’s like to be part of our production team and grow your career in the cannabis industry. **📅 When:** Tuesday, September 15th | 10:00 AM - 12:00PM & 1:00PM-3:30PM ### About the Role - Our next **Cultivation Technician** will play a key role in executing crop production tasks that follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for indoor cannabis cultivation. Cultivators are hands-on with every part of the plant’s life cycle — from clone to harvest — and help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. - You’ll work alongside an experienced team and gain valuable skills that can lead to advanced roles within our grow operation. ### What You’ll Do - Support all stages of the cannabis growth cycle — propagation, vegetative, flowering, and harvesting. - Monitor plant health and environmental factors (light, temperature, humidity, nutrition). - Execute Integrated Pest Management (IPM) procedures and maintain plant cleanliness and care. - Handle watering, pruning, defoliation, transplanting, and other daily cultivation duties. - Maintain accurate inventory and tracking in the state-mandated electronic tracking system. - Assist with post-harvest processing, packaging, and sanitation of cultivation areas. - Operate and maintain irrigation, lighting, and climate systems. - Uphold compliance, safety, and security standards in every task. ### Why You’ll Love Working Here - Competitive pay — starting at $[18.50/hour](http://18.50/hour) with annual merit increases. - Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). - Employee discounts at our local Apothecarium dispensaries. - Career growth opportunities through our Technician II training and advancement programs. - A welcoming, team-oriented culture built on respect and passion for the plant. ### How to Participate - Fill out an application to express your interest.
