BPO - Portal Support Representative (Hybrid Setup)

Job description

At Unity Communications, we're looking for a Portal Support Representative who takes pride in getting the details right, keeping vendor information clean, complete, and trustworthy for our clients. If you're the kind of person who catches what others miss, follows up until something is actually resolved, and takes ownership of the small things that add up to a big difference, this role gives you a place to do exactly that. How You Spend Your Eight Hours Create and maintain vendor profiles in the client's agent portal, ensuring each one is complete and accurate. Coordinate internally to gather vendor information, documents, pricing, brochures, and sales resources. Update vendor portal pages based on information gathered from review calls, and obtain approval before publishing significant changes. Build working knowledge of telecom, connectivity, UCaaS, CCaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, SD-WAN, and mobility solutions to ask informed questions during vendor calls. Take accurate notes during vendor calls and translate discussions into clear portal updates. Review portal content for outdated, duplicate, or conflicting information, and correct terminology, spelling, grammar, and formatting issues. Process vendor-requested changes between annual reviews and track outstanding updates through to completion. Maintain a tracking system covering vendor contacts, review dates, requested and completed changes, and items pending approval.
