Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, manage risk, and drive profitability while delivering superior customer experience.. **SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES** **Regular/Routine** · Lead and manage branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance. · Drive sales performance across deposits, loans, cards, and other retail products. · Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues promptly. · Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements. · Manage operational, credit, and fraud risks within the branch. · Monitor branch financial performance and implement strategies to achieve targets. · Coach and develop branch staff to build a high-performing team. · Promote digital migration and self-service channels. · Maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community stakeholders. · Prepare and submit accurate reports on branch performance and compliance. · Lead cost optimization: lean processes, cash-in-transit efficiencies, and facilities management. ## Requirements Minimum Education - A good first degree in any discipline. Relevant Masters’ degree will be an advantage. Formal Training - A recognized professional certification will be an added advantage.
