You’ll help people learn about Mad City Windows & Baths and set appointments for our In-Home Sales Representatives. - Talk with homeowners in a friendly, professional way - Introduce our window, bath, and kitchen solutions - Create interest and answer basic questions - Schedule qualified, no-obligation appointments for sales representatives - Work with your team to hit daily and weekly goals **What We’re Looking For** We care more about your attitude and work ethic than a long resume. You’ll do well here if you are: - Comfortable starting conversations with new people - Positive, energetic, and motivated by goals - Reliable, coachable, and ready to learn - Competitive in a healthy way and excited to earn bonuses - Comfortable being active and working on your feet during the day Previous experience in lead generation, retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, athletics, or canvassing is helpful, but **not required**.
