Brand Partnerships Manager

Job description

We’re looking for a culturally connected and commercially minded Brand Partnerships Manager to bring Disturbia into the rooms of the partnerships which matter. Your purpose will be to develop and own a pipeline of distinctive, culturally appropriate partnerships . You’ll be responsible for identifying the right opportunities, making the approach, pitching our vision and building the relationships needed to turn ambitious ideas into reality. This isn't a role where you wait for opportunities to find you. You should be an imaginative and tenacious door opener, comfortable approaching the right people, businesses and brands. The right person will combine creative instinct with commercial judgement. You’ll understand what is culturally right for Disturbia, while knowing how to shape an idea, influence stakeholders, negotiate effectively and deliver partnerships with measurable impact. This role is ideal for a culturally curious deal-maker who wants the freedom to build something distinctive, ambitious and unmistakably Disturbia.
