The BU Asia Reporting and IC Manager is responsible for driving financial performance management, governance, internal control, and continuous improvement initiatives across all Asia OpCos. The role leads the regional reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes while ensuring effective internal controls, risk management, and compliance with Nutreco policies and standards. Key Areas of Responsibility (KAR’s) Finance Performance Management & Reporting Manage BU performance management and reporting process Lead Budget, Rolling Forecast, and Strategic Planning processes across Asia. Develop and standardize business performance KPIs and reporting frameworks across OpCos. Drive automation and digitalization of reporting and planning processes. Strategic Finance & Business Performance Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support business planning and strategic initiatives. Partner with FBP and country finance teams to drive business performance improvement. Support business development, acquisitions, divestitures, and investment evaluations. Governance, Internal Control & Risk Management Coordinate regional risk management and internal control programs. Perform risk assessments and monitor implementation of corrective actions. Ensure compliance with Nutreco policies, procedures, and governance standards. Process Improvement & Finance Transformation Lead regional process improvement initiatives across finance and business processes. Review and streamline costing, variance management, and reporting processes. Drive finance digitalization, dashboard development, automation, and master data improvement. People Leadership Lead and develop the regional finance reporting and internal control team. Support capability development through coaching, training, and sharing of best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or related field; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CIA, CFA or equivalent) is an advantage. Strong experience in FP&A, financial reporting, internal control, or finance transformation, preferably in a regional or multi-country environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing finance, including costing, profitability, variance analysis, working capital, and CAPEX management. Proven ability to partner with senior management and cross-functional teams to drive business performance, governance, and process improvement initiatives. Hands-on experience with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and data analytics platforms (e.g., OneStream, Power BI, Power Automate, SAP). Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead teams, influence change, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
