Budget Coordinator

Job description

Provides support for the CI&PM team with budgeting function. While overall accountability for the budgets remains with the functions within CI&PM, the budget coordinator serves as the budget expert for the teams and is responsible for closely monitoring, updating and coordinating all of the budget activities. Completed post secondary education in business administration or related field is required (college or university) 1-2 years of related experience including previous budgeting experience and project management -a must Time management, prioritization, organizational skills -multitasking a must. To work on 3 separate budgets with different teams Exceptional attention to detail and excellent project management skills Strong proficiency with Systems, including MS Excel (very strong) Proven ability to build relationships and navigate through a large organization Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent language (English) skills Ability to work well in various teams Likely to extend past 3 months Duration: 3 Months Contract We help Procurement and Recruiting departments faced with the challenge of filling multiple IT-related openings for either long-term employment, or short-term projects.
