Your evenings and weekends stay yours.* Monday–Friday schedule – Typically 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. We start/finish anytime between 7:00 AM-5:00 PM. Strong internal support – You’re never left alone to “figure it out.” Schedule & Location 40 hours per week Monday–Friday No on-call rotation* Properties located throughout the Twin Cities Office based in Golden Valley, MN Compensation & Benefits $28–$31 per hour , based on experience Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance PTO, Paid Holidays, and Floating Holidays 401(k) with 3% company match Company-paid cell phone and uniforms What You’ll Be Doing You’ll bring your experience to a wide range of building maintenance work, including: Electrical troubleshooting and repairs Plumbing maintenance and repair HVAC inspection and servicing Painting, drywall, and carpentry Preventive maintenance and long-term solutions Delivering professional, high-quality work our clients trust What We’re Looking For 5+ years of building maintenance experience Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Professional communication and customer service mindset CPO certification preferred Special Boiler’s License preferred About BMM Building Maintenance Management is a locally owned, family-run business serving the Twin Cities since 1987.
