If you're driven to solve complex problems and believe finance should empower, not exclude, join us in building a more equitable financial future. ### Job Description: - We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Operations Intern to join our team. - Within this role, you’ll be supporting various operational tasks, particularly in managing investor queries and assisting in compliance and risk-related work. - Generate weekly and periodic reports to track performance metrics and provide insights for decision-making. - Design, implement, and document a folder management framework to improve file organization and retrieval across the business team. - Bonus points if you have a working knowledge of SEO practices, experience project managing in Notion, or familiarity with a CMS tool. - Build and organize business processes, ensuring consistent and efficient workflows within the department. - Participate actively in team meetings, offering valuable insights and recommendations. - Prepare insightful reports and documentation based on thorough analysis. - Fulfill regular and ad-hoc duties.
