Responsibilities:Analyze Business Needs: Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, impact, success criteria), ensuring clarity and understanding of project objectives.Process Improvement: Create and update workflows, identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions to optimize business processes and drive user adoption.Data Analysis: Analyze data to create actionable insights, identify trends, and support decision-making processes for new features and workflows.Documentation: Create detailed documentation of requirements, workflows, and current state and future state process models documentation.Implementation Support: Participate in QA and lead UAT testing and validating new systems and processes.Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring an understanding of project objectives.Reporting: Generate reports and author project documentation to communicate status, outcomes, risks, and next steps effectively to executives and stakeholders.
