Business Analyst

The Talent Acquisition Business Analyst will be part of a complex, global, matrixed talent acquisition function with knowledge of Oracle Taleo, Sourcing and Workday HR onboarding technologies, solid business analyst skills and a strong knowledge of HR recruitment processes. . Responsibilities include: • Monitor and provide tier 2 support for Taleo and Sourcing production environments • Document business and system requirements in accordance with Medtronic IT polices • Work with the testers, developers and 3rd party vendors on issue analysis and defect resolution • Engage Talent Acquisition stakeholders to understand processes and application needs; support development of system strategies to accelerate growth and capability within the function • Manage full-cycle complex global technical enhancements • Collaborate with IT colleagues to identify process improvements • Create, enhance, and maintain global reports within Oracle Business Intelligence module • Problem solve systems issues, analyze data sets and work with testers, Oracle support and 3rd party vendors on identifying and implementing solutions Must Haves: Experience in Oracle Taleo Recruiting and Sourcing Ability to manage multiple tasks Strong knowledge of HR Recruitment processes and procedures Education Required: Bachelor Degree Years Experience Required: 2-5 Year of experience administering and configuring Oracle Taleo Recruiting and Sourcing If you want to apply and want to know more, please contact: Sagar Rathore sagar.rathore(AT) Established in 1991, Collabera has been a leader in IT staffing for over 22 years and is one of the largest diversity IT staffing firms in the industry.
