Job Summary As a Business Analyst, you will support the Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle through process mapping (As-Is/To-Be), data reconciliation, and translation of business requirements into technical logic to support receivable management automation. Job Description We are looking for a Business Analyst who will translate operational processes and business requirements into explicit, validation logic, derivation and substitution rules and field-level data mappings. Analyze, document, and improve receivable management workflows to support automation and process streamlining. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Pasig City. What You'll Do Identify operational bottlenecks, manual workarounds, exception paths, and opportunities for process improvement Perform complex data mapping between data structures and operational processes, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity Identify opportunities to improve receivable management processes and implement automation where appropriate Design and execute validation and reconciliation routines to ensure that target systems accurately reflect source data following data transformation, creation, and processing Support receivable management through accurate and reliable data for reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
