Business Analyst

Job description

Gather and analyze business needs. Challenge and clarify requirements with stakeholders. Document and validate functional requirements. Provide functional support and expertise. Support functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). Monitor project and release progress. Ensure deadlines, processes, and reporting standards are met. Manage requirements and change requests throughout the project lifecycle. Apply Business Analysis best practices. Nice to have: Knowledge of BaNCS, Custody & Tax processes, and SQL. Experienced Business Analyst; Master’s Degree required in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Management, Tax or Law; Minimum 4 years financial industry experience with an emphasis on Custody activity; Experience at Waterfall methodology and JIRA use; Experience with relational databases (preferably SQL); Overall general IT knowledge and Custody knowledge are a plus Good written and spoken English.
