Business Analyst (Core Banking)

We have also strengthened our position in the **global market** by opening a new office in **Austin, USA**, home to many of the world’s leading technology companies. **What You’ll Do** \*Analyze, document, and optimize business processes across **Core Banking modules** such as **Treasury, Loans, and Payment Systems**. \*Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed **functional and technical specifications**. \*Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery. \*Support **integration, UAT, and production rollout** phases of banking projects. \*Conduct **gap analysis**, define improvement opportunities, and support change management activities. **What We’re Looking For** **\*Minimum 4 years of professional experience** as a **Business Analyst** in the **banking or fintech sector**. \*Hands-on experience with **core banking domains** such as: **Treasury / Treasury Operations, Loans, Credit Management, Payment Systems (Domestic & International) etc.** \*Strong understanding of **banking workflows**, regulatory requirements, and transaction structures. \*Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. \*Familiarity with **Agile/Scrum** methodologies.
