Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements across claims, policy servicing, and customer journeys
- Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned to programme and product objectives
- Support end‑to‑end requirements management across discovery, delivery, testing, and implementation phases
- Ensure requirements are clear, prioritised, traceable, and aligned with business outcomes and regulatory standards
Claims Transformation Delivery
- Support the delivery of Claims Transformation initiatives, including process re‑engineering, digitisation, system modernisation, and capability uplift

Agile Delivery Support

Risk, Compliance & Governance

- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early and escalate as required
- Support governance processes through accurate documentation and audit‑ready artefacts
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Insurance or Health Insurance environments
- Strong hands‑on experience working on Claims Transformation programs
- Demonstrated experience as an Agile BA, working in Scrum or SAFe delivery models
- Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows)
- Experience working closely with Product Owners, delivery teams, and senior business stakeholders
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Desirable Experience
- Experience delivering transformation initiatives within claims platforms, policy systems, or digital insurance products
- Exposure to regulated environments and collaboration with risk, compliance, privacy, and legal teams
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, Visio
- Consulting or professional services background
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related discipline
