Job description

YOUR MISSION As a Business Data Analyst, you will own the reporting and analysis behind every Busines decision we make. Keep data quality high, with numbers that are accurate and consistent across every dashboard. Recommend clearer metric definitions so everyone reads the same numbers the same way. Standardise and automate: Turn manual, repeated work into standard processes and automated reporting, so your time goes into analysis rather than rebuilding files. Cross-functional partnership: You will also join an informal community of Glovo analysts across Romania, Serbia, Italy and the regional team, who work on exactly the same topics WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE At least one professional experience working with data. It does not need to be long or highly complex, but you have done this in a real job, not only at university.
