**What’s worth knowing about SKELAR?** SKELAR is a venture builder — a company that builds companies. Together with founders, we create and grow global consumer businesses across EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and other industries. Our teams build tech products that receive recognition from Product Hunt and The Webby Awards, earn thousands of positive reviews on Trustpilot, and reach millions of users worldwide. Today, products developed by SKELAR businesses are used by 10+ million people globally. We believe that strong teams are the foundation of successful businesses. That’s why our people are our greatest value, and we create an environment where talented specialists can take on ambitious challenges, grow professionally, and make a real impact. We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our **partner companies in the Wellbeing industry**. The business is building a global system of digital products designed to help people improve their relationship with themselves and enhance their everyday well-being. Its products combine innovative technology, AI-powered solutions, and personalized experiences to support millions of users on their life journey. As the business continues to scale globally, we are looking for a **Business Associate** who will turn data into strategic decisions and drive business growth alongside the founders and leadership team. ### What You Will Be Responsible For: - Work directly with founders and top management, translating data into strategic decisions that drive business growth and improve P&L performance. - Own the full analytics lifecycle — from raw data to actionable business recommendations — using internal metrics and external benchmarks to identify growth opportunities and margin improvements. - Independently identify and launch initiatives that improve operational efficiency, unit economics, and profitability. - Conduct systematic competitive and market analysis to uncover new growth and monetization opportunities. - Build business cases and analytical frameworks that directly shape strategic decisions, taking ownership of their implementation. - Drive strategic initiatives end-to-end, measuring progress against tangible business and financial outcomes. ### What We Expect From You: - 3–5 years of experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or corporate finance. - Strong analytical skills and experience in market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and developing data-driven recommendations. - Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, workflow automation, and improving the efficiency of analytical work. - Genuine interest in understanding the bigger picture, working across different business functions, and seeing how all parts of a business connect. - High ownership, high standards, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality results while holding yourself and others to the same standard. **It Would Be a Plus if you:** - Have independently managed strategic projects end-to-end — from problem definition to implementation. - Have experience in Investor Relations, preparing investor materials, or supporting investment transactions (M&A, fundraising). - Have practical experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools. ### Why Join SKELAR: At SKELAR, we have built an environment that helps ambitious people grow, collaborate, and create impactful businesses. - **SKELAR Platform:** Our operational backbone supports founders and business teams across Legal, Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and other essential functions, allowing them to focus on building products. - **Expert Community:** Work alongside experienced founders and some of the strongest professionals in the market, with opportunities to exchange knowledge and learn from each other. - **Continuous Learning:** Access internal educational programs, professional communities, specialized training, and more than 1,000 courses, lectures, and books. - **Space for Productivity:** Autonomous offices in Kyiv with breakfasts, lunches, lounge areas, a gym, climbing wall, green spaces, and libraries. - **Sports Community:** Access to sports activities and training opportunities that help you stay energized. - **Health and Well-being:** Medical insurance, access to a corporate doctor, and unlimited sick leave days. - **Work-Life Balance:** Four weeks of paid vacation annually and a hybrid work format. - **Support and Social Impact:** Through SKELAR Foundation, we support meaningful social initiatives and contribute to Ukraine's recovery, including projects focused on empowering veterans. - **Professional Growth:** Compensation for English classes and educational programs, internal schools, workshops, and opportunities to develop your expertise. **Ready to Take on the Challenge?** At SKELAR, we believe that ambitious goals require curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to challenge the status quo. We create an environment where people can take responsibility, make meaningful decisions, and see the direct impact of their work. If you are excited about strategic challenges, enjoy working with business leaders, and want to help build a global business in the Wellbeing industry, we'd love to meet you. Join SKELAR and help build the next big thing!
