We don't take ourselves too seriously and make sure that the journey is a blast! 🎯 WHAT YOU WILL DO As a Business Associate Intern, you will have a front-row seat to how Joko grows strategic B2B partnerships with leading retail brands. You’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of partners, with a clear objective: driving revenue growth. This is a high-impact role at the crossroads of business strategy, sales and data — perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy and wants to make a real difference. Your responsibilities: - Sales - Create a strong and direct relationship with the clients you are in charge of. You will lead client day-to-day relationships, secure regular touch-points, and drive & measure client satisfaction. - Monitor campaign performance and deliver insights to increase Joko’s turnover by upselling and cross-selling your partners. - Data - Analyze customer data (e.g. banking, geolocation, and browsing) to identify behavioral trends and value opportunities. - Build a clear vision of the trends in your clients’ markets thanks to payment data-based analyses. You’ll use this knowledge to perfectly tailor proposed offers and communications. - Business strategy - Design and improve processes to scale campaign launches and partner success. - Work cross-functionally with Product, and Data to improve the whole Joko experience. - Contribute to strategic projects, from user segmentation to incrementality studies. Intro call: Quick screening with the Hiring Manager or the Talent team. 2. Step 1 – Team interview (45 min): Conversation with two Joko team members (could include the Hiring Manager, people from the team you’d join, or colleagues from other teams). 3. Step 2 – Role-specific assessments - For non-engineering roles: A take-home case study followed by a 45-min interview. We assess both your output and how you think in real time. The exercise will be relevant to your role (e.g. analysis, strategy, or process design). - For engineering roles: A 90-min live technical interview on CoderPad covering code understanding, review, system design, and product thinking (with AI serving as a collaboration tool). 4. Step 3 – Leadership interview (45 min): Conversation with a SteerCo member and a Founder. 5.
