What we expect from you: 3+ years of relevant experience at Big Tech companies, leading consulting firms, advertising/marketing platforms, fast-growing tech companies, or similar environments; Proven leadership experience and full ownership of strategic projects; A track record of achieving outstanding commercial results; Strong communication and negotiation skills; Experience working with C-suite executives and top management at global technology or enterprise companies; Analytical thinking and the ability to effectively process and synthesize large volumes of complex information to form strategic conclusions; Ability to drive change and implement innovation; Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment; Fluency in written and spoken English. Would be an advantage: Experience in hiring, scaling, and managing high-performing teams; Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, advertising platforms, mobile apps, or the platform economy; Knowledge of other languages. What we offer: Direct impact on the strategy and growth of one of the largest app ecosystems in CEE. Collaboration with founders and senior leaders at global partners (Apple, Amazon, Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and more). Ambitious, high-impact projects, including AI-driven initiatives. Fully equipped, comfortable office environment with meals, lounge areas, and wellness benefits. Corporate medical services and insurance after the probation period. 20 days of paid vacation, unlimited sick days, and all necessary work equipment.
