- Experience with CRM systems, enterprise sales processes, and Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels
- Willingness to accept and build upon existing structures, processes, and team dynamics
- Travel 20%+, including 2 to 3 trips per year to the Swiss headquarters
- Valid driver's license
- Must reside in or relocate to Hagerstown, MD
