Should have well versed in recruitment related managerial activities. Should have experience in managing team and recruitment end to end process,client relationship,business coordination etc. Proficient in the usage of Job Boards like Monster, Naukri, LinkedIn etc. Must have excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Should have experience in scheduling interviews and coordinating with the short-listed candidates. Good understanding of technical skills.
