Business Development Manager (Global, B2B, Tech)

We’ll fuel your professional growth with vast internal and external learning resources and an environment of teaming up and knowledge sharing. ### In this role, you will: - Proactively identification of new product commercialization opportunities. - Lead generation, negotiation of partnership agreements and conversion to active partners. - Onboarding of new partners and strategic partnerships maintenance. - Actively keep track of results/KPIs and analyze them to propose solutions for product functionality. - Working closely with product teams to adapt the product by providing feedback about prospect needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities; and manage product integrations with partners accordingly. ### Your skills & experience: - Several years of demonstrable experience developing successful partnership/business development. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English. - Advanced negotiation skills, time-management skills. - Great business acumen and commercial awareness. - Entrepreneurial attitude, relentlessness. - A result-oriented problem solver and a team person at heart. - Experience in tech or similar industries. ### Salary & Benefits: - **Gross salary:** 3100 - 4200 EUR/month.
