**Physician Liaison – Manhattan** Spear is seeking a driven, relationship-first business development professional to fuel growth across Spear’s Manhattan clinics. This role goes beyond traditional healthcare outreach. The New Jersey Liaison will cultivate referral networks across medicine, corporate wellness, fitness, sports, and the broader Manhattan community. You will not just manage relationships, you will build them, grow them, and translate them into measurable impact. ### Organization Structure and Interfaces - Primary interfaces: Director of Business Development, Physicians, Clinical Directors, Therapist team, VP of Business Development & Marketing - Reports to: Director of Business Development - Location: Hybrid with the expectation of: -3-4 days traveling in the field per week -1-2 days/week at HQ Position Requirements: - 4+ year of relevant experience in New Jersey - Bachelor’s degree - Licensed Physical Therapist/ Occupational Therapist Preferred
