We are seeking a high-energy, strategic, and tech-savvy Enterprise
Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our rapidly growing, AI-driven software company based in Germany. In this role, you will partner directly with a Regional Strategic Account Executive (AE) to disrupt the German enterprise markets.
You will act as the engine of the sales pipeline, educating corporate executives on how our cutting-edge artificial intelligence platforms solve complex operational inefficiencies. Your focus will be equally split between hunting/supporting net-new enterprise logos and driving AI adoption within our existing, high-value client base. Your contribution has a direct impact on closing multi-million-dollar deals
Core Responsibilities????️ Strategic Territory Alignment & Planning- AE Partnership: Collaborate daily with your Regional Strategic Account Executive to map the territory, rank target accounts, and build execution plans.
- Account Mapping: Research large enterprise organizations to identify key subsidiaries, business units, and legacy system pain points ripe for AI automation.
- Buying Committee Identification: Find and map key decision-makers across the C-suite, IT, Innovation/AI Leads, Procurement, and specialized business units.
???? Net-New Enterprise Acquisition (50% Focus)- Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute highly personalized prospecting campaigns via phone, tailored email, LinkedIn, and video touchpoints with the support of our marketing team.
- AI Value Proposition Delivery: Craft and pitch compelling, industry-specific value propositions that demystify AI technology and prove immediate ROI to corporate executives.
- Discovery & Qualification: Conduct deep initial discovery calls to qualify enterprise needs, digital maturity, budget timelines, and decision criteria.
???? Account Expansion: Cross-Sell & Up-Sell (50% Focus)- Existing Base Analysis: Review current customer accounts alongside your AE to find gaps where other AI modules, processing capacities, or user seats add value.
- Relationship Building: Prospect into new, unmapped departments within existing customer companies to expand our operational footprint.
- Internal Growth Campaigns: Run targeted campaigns to introduce existing users to advanced AI product features, premium upgrades, or next-generation capabilities.
⚙️ Data, Pipeline, & Process Management- CRM Hygiene: Track, log, and maintain meticulous records of all activities, account structures, and intelligence in Salesforce.
- Meeting Hand-off: Coordinate smooth transitions of qualified opportunities to your AE, providing detailed briefs on executive pain points and AI readiness.
Feedback Loops: Share market feedback, common objections regarding AI integration, and competitive intelligence with Marketing and Product teams
Dein Profil
Required Experience & Skills- Experience: 1–3 years of B2B sales development or inside sales experience, preferably handling SaaS, Cloud, or Enterprise AI/deep-tech solutions.
- Languages: Native-level fluency in German and professional proficiency in English are strictly required to navigate DACH corporate hierarchies.
- Enterprise Acumen: Proven ability to navigate complex corporate structures, legal/procurement cycles, and speak confidently with C-level executives.
- Strategic Prospecting: Advanced skills in account-based prospecting using tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Outreach.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong interest in and understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or automation, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions in simple business terms.
- Mindset: Highly resilient, self-motivated, and structured, with a collaborative "win-as-a-team" mentality.
