As a Business Development Representative on our team, you will: Prospect and engage new customer organizations within your assigned market, creating qualified business opportunities through outbound sales activities. Research target accounts to identify decision-makers, key stakeholders, and business opportunities. Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns using phone, email, and digital channels to generate qualified sales opportunities. Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, business initiatives, and technology challenges. Qualify opportunities and accurately document customer insights and activities within CRM systems. Promote a portfolio of technology solutions, including hardware, managed services, and business solutions, tailored to customer requirements. Collaborate with channel partners, account executives, sales teams, and pre-sales specialists to progress opportunities through the sales cycle. Nurture prospects throughout the buying journey while maintaining strong customer relationships. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, CRM data quality, and reporting. Share customer feedback and market insights to support continuous business improvement and sales strategy. Concentrix is a great match if you: Are a native speaker of French , with a professional level of English . Have 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, Business Development, SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation . Have strong outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity generation skills. Are confident communicating with business decision-makers and building lasting professional relationships. Have experience working towards sales targets, KPIs, and pipeline objectives. Are proficient with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications. Are proactive, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Have strong research skills and enjoy identifying new business opportunities. It would be a plus if you have: Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools . Experience selling into Education, Healthcare, Government, or SMB organizations. Knowledge of channel sales models and partner ecosystems. Experience selling technology solutions, including hardware, printing, imaging, or managed services. Experience managing sales pipelines and forecasting opportunities. Don’t meet every requirement?
