About the job How do you connect financial processes, international teams, and a growing organization within one effective ERP environment? At TSC Life, you will play a key role in creating that connection. You'll bring structure, improve processes, and contribute to a major ERP go-live planned for Q1 2027. As TSC Life continues to grow organically and through acquisitions, the need for standardized processes, reliable data, and a consistent way of working becomes increasingly important. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central serves as the foundation for this transformation. As Business Process & ERP Manager, your primary focus will be Finance. You understand the needs of finance teams and translate them into practical process improvements and effective ERP solutions. You will work across countries and departments, identifying opportunities to harmonize processes, improve efficiency, and support business growth. This role focuses on three key challenges: Harmonizing financial processes across multiple entities while balancing local requirements with global standards. Supporting the successful Business Central go-live in Q1 2027 by ensuring alignment across system configuration, data migration, testing, and user adoption. Bringing structure and clarity to a dynamic environment by establishing priorities, documentation, and effective ways of working. What will you do? Working closely with Finance, internal stakeholders, and external consultants, you will drive process improvements from analysis through implementation. Your responsibilities will include: Analyzing financial processes and translating business requirements into Business Central improvements. Coordinating the configuration, optimization, and ongoing development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related applications. Leading ERP-related initiatives and managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and progress. Improving data quality, reporting capabilities, and process integration across the organization. Supporting change management activities, including user engagement, training, and documentation. Contributing to a stable and well-governed ERP environment by managing enhancement requests and system improvements. Collaborating with international colleagues and external partners to ensure consistent and efficient business processes. What do you bring? You combine strong knowledge of financial processes with hands-on ERP experience. You are an effective communicator who can translate business needs into practical solutions and guide stakeholders through change. You bring: Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and ERP implementations, upgrades, or process improvement projects. Strong understanding of financial processes and their translation into ERP solutions. Excellent command of English. French is a strong advantage, and Dutch is considered a plus. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and follow through on commitments. A practical, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach that helps drive adoption and deliver results. The ability to work effectively in an international and fast-growing environment. What we offer? At TSC Life, you'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact on the development of a growing international medical technology company. We offer: A key role in shaping and optimizing financial and ERP processes across an international organization. The opportunity to contribute to a significant Business Central go-live and future business integration initiatives. Collaboration with experienced ERP professionals, business stakeholders, and external specialists. An informal and entrepreneurial work environment with short communication lines and plenty of autonomy. Opportunities for professional growth and development within a growing MedTech organization. Competitive employment conditions and a supportive, international team environment. Ready to make an impact? At TSC Life, we develop and manufacture medical technologies that support healthcare professionals in delivering safe and effective patient care.
