Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Working on process improvements based on data and feedback Identifying and addressing root causes of disputes Presenting insights and improvement results to stakeholders and senior leadership Supporting scope transitions through documentation and knowledge transfer Collaborating with outsourced partner and supporting performance management Identifying automation potential and coordinating automation development Maintaining QMS/KM documentation and participating in quality calibration activities Required Knowledge and Experience: Experience with transformation or process improvement initiatives Data analysis skills with the ability to draw and communicate conclusions Presentation and data storytelling skills Spoken and written proficiency in English (at least B2 level) A „can do” attitude and adaptability to change Great team player The ideal candidate may also have Lean Six Sigma certification or experience. Experience working in a multicultural environment would be beneficial, as would familiarity with AI tools and their application for data analysis, process improvement, or productivity enhancement.
