Job description
Manage supplier relationships during mass production and pre-SOP phases, ensuring smooth coordination, issue follow-up, and risk escalation. Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify and evaluate potential suppliers across Europe. Manage RFQ/RFI processes, analyze supplier quotations, and support supplier selection. Prepare and support cost and contract negotiations, ensuring competitiveness and compliance. Identify cost optimization opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement in production. Ensure proper contract administration and maintain accurate supplier documentation. Present structured analyses and recommendations to internal stakeholders and management. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Procurement/Purchasing. 2–8 years of experience in purchasing environment (junior to senior profiles considered). Experience in an automotive OEM or Tier 1 is mandatory. Experience in purchasing parts/components is a strong asset Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Proactive, autonomous, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Good command of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
