This role is ideal for a marketer who combines strong judgment about audience intent with an instinct for great creative. You know how to make a complex B2B story feel relevant, urgent, and easy to act on. Use results to improve future campaign strategy and investment. ### Bring customer insight into the work - Stay close to the market, target accounts, customer conversations, and competitive landscape. - Turn customer insight, sales feedback, and intent signals into sharper campaign choices and creative ideas. - Partner with Product and central marketing teams to understand upcoming releases and identify the right moments to bring them into market-facing campaigns. ### What you’ll bring - 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, integrated campaign marketing, growth marketing, or related roles. - Demonstrated ability to build and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable business results. - Strong creative instincts and an ability to turn customer insight into clear campaign ideas, messaging, and content direction. - Comfort using performance data to evaluate campaign results, diagnose what is working, and recommend clear next steps. - Experience collaborating across Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Product, Growth, and creative teams. - Strong project management skills and the ability to bring multiple contributors together around a clear plan. - Experience in construction, real estate, financial services, or vertical SaaS is a plus. ### What success looks like Within the first six months, you will have: - Established a clear campaign roadmap tied to the business unit’s biggest growth opportunities. - Launched integrated campaigns with a consistent story across marketing and customer-facing teams. - Built a repeatable process for using audience intent, customer insight, and performance data to improve campaigns. - Created measurable contributions to pipeline, product adoption, and expansion goals. *Built’s salary range for this position is $70,000 - $95,000 USD per year.
