As a Canvasser, you'll work directly in local neighborhoods introducing homeowners to Aspen Contracting and scheduling free exterior property inspections for our Sales team. **No canvassing experience? No problem.** We'll provide the training, tools, and ongoing support you need to succeed. If you enjoy talking with people, staying active, and earning bonuses for your performance, we'd love to meet you. ## 📍 Office Location **Office 117 – Springfield Market** **Report To Office:** 904 N Main St, Unit 5 Nixa, MO 65714 Hiring throughout southwest Missouri, including the **Springfield, Bolivar, Lebanon, and Joplin areas**. **Important:** Although training is provided virtually by our Regional Canvassing leadership team, you will report to the Nixa office for team meetings, daily assignments, and business-related activities while working alongside the local General Manager and Sales team. **Work Environment:** Outdoor • Door-to-Door Appointment Setting • Walking Neighborhoods Daily ## Job Snapshot **Employment Type:** Full-Time (W-2) **Compensation:** **$17.00/hour + Uncapped Performance Bonuses** **Pay Structure:** Weekly Pay **Training:** Paid Training Provided **Schedule:** Full-Time, including afternoons, evenings, and some weekends **Travel:** Local travel throughout the Springfield market and surrounding communities **Experience:** No canvassing experience required
