Cardiovascular Quality Coordinator, OP Care Management Clinic (Full Time)

The only thing missing is you! Serves in a key role in assisting in the implementation of key performance improvement initiatives. Acts as a liaison between the heart and vascular service line and other areas (internal and external) that routinely provide continuum of care to heart and vascular patients. Responsible for tracking and reporting quality and performance metrics for the heart and vascular service line. Ensures data is accurate and reported timely to clinical data registries. Participates in hospital committees related to STEMI and cardiovascular care. Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations. Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict. Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned. Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency. Must comply with all Benefis Health System’s organization policies and procedures. Education/License/Experience Requirements: Current registered nurse license in the state of Montana A minimum of 5 years of experience in cardiology or critical care Previous experience in cardiac data collection, process improvement or equivalent preferred Current BLS and ACLS certifications Education/License/Experience Requirements: Current registered nurse license in the state of Montana. A minimum of 5 years of experience in cardiology or critical care (ICU, cath lab, etc.) Previous experience in cardiac data collection, process improvement or equivalent preferred. Current BLS and ACLS certifications Exemption Wage Non-Exempt Starting Wage $33.64/hourly Actual offered wage is based on applicable experience
