Personal Care Assistance: This includes help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Mobility Assistance: Aiding with ambulation, transferring clients between beds and chairs, and providing support while walking. Household Tasks: Light housekeeping like laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and errands. Companionship and Emotional Support: Providing a listening ear, engaging in activities, and offering encouragement. Monitoring Health: Observing and reporting any changes in a client's condition to a supervisor or healthcare professional. Medication Reminders: Ensuring clients take their medications as prescribed.
