💙 What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day As a Care Professional, you’ll help clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes: 💧 Personal Care: Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence support. 💊 Medication Support: Helping clients manage their prescriptions safely. 🍲 Meal Preparation: Assisting with cooking and nutrition. 🛒 Practical Tasks: Shopping and light housekeeping (laundry, tidying). 💬 Companionship: Providing vital emotional support and a friendly face. 📜 Care Planning: Following personalised plans designed to promote dignity and independence. 🦸 What You’ll Need (Besides a Cape!) You don’t need formal care experience! The skills you’ve gained from raising a family, caring for loved ones, or running a household are exactly what makes a brilliant Care Professional. Full, paid training is provided. We proudly provide high-quality care across Basildon and the surrounding areas, primarily covering: Brentwood, Billericay, Harlow, Langdon Hills, Pitsea, Havering, Redbridge, Wickford, and the surrounding communities. 🚗 Access to a vehicle and a full driving licence are required due to the geographical nature of the role. 💷 Competitive Pay & Travel Support We know that traveling between clients is a core part of community care, so we make sure you are fully supported and compensated for your time on the road! 💰 Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour ⏱️ Paid Travel Time: You are paid for your travel time between visits (Travel Time Top-Up included!) ⛽ Mileage Allowance: 28p per mile ⏰ Shift Patterns Designed for Real Life We know how important work-life balance is.
