As an integral member of CCH, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the well-being and quality of life of each individual under your care. Your responsibilities will include Companionship – being a friendly face & preventing loneliness, whilst building relationships with your clients Personal Care – all aspects of personal hygiene Medication – collecting prescriptions & providing reminders and administrating medication Mealtimes – preparing tasty meals and drinks Housekeeping – keeping their home just the way they like it Mobility – supporting our clients to be part of the local community The successful Care Professional will ensure this is done with the highest level of understanding and dignity for our clients.
