What You’ll Do Every visit is at least 2 hours , giving you time to build strong, trusting relationships. Your role might include: Providing companionship , emotional support and a listening ear Helping with shopping , light housekeeping , or preparing nutritious meals Supporting with personal care , mobility or medication reminders Accompanying clients to appointments , social activities , or just for a nice walk Bringing dignity, joy and independence to someone’s daily routine You don’t need previous care experience — just the right values and a desire to help others. Ideal candidates will be: Compassionate , calm and a good listener Able to take initiative and work independently Comfortable using public transport to visit clients Available for early mornings, evenings and/or weekends Committed to working collaboratively with our office team We especially welcome applicants from the local Westminster and Central London area . What You’ll Get £14.00/hour + paid holidays + pension Minimum 2-hour visits — no rushed care Schedule sent one month in advance so you can have a life.
