**About Us:** The YMCA Education & Training Center has been helping immigrants learn English and develop employment skills to improve their lives since 1975. We are seeking a passionate and experienced ESOL instructor to join our team and help make a tangible difference in the lives of our students. **Position Overview:** As an ESOL Instructor and advisor, you will deliver high-quality instruction to adult learners from diverse backgrounds, helping them develop essential language skills. This role involves creating an engaging, student-centered environment where learning goals align with students' personal and professional objectives. **Schedule:** - September 2026 – May 2027, 32 weeks - Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 6:30-8:00 PM - 15 hours/week between live instruction, prep, advising, and bi-weekly meetings
