Caregiver / CNA / HHA / PCA – Flexible Scheduling | Urgently Hiring Serving: Austin, Round Rock, Kyle & surrounding areas Pay: $16–$18/hour Job Types: Full-Time, Part-time, PRN Shifts Available: Day, evening, overnight, weekend, and extended shifts Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly with Pay-On-Demand available Now Hiring Dedicated Caregivers Caring Senior Service is urgently hiring experienced Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide one-on-one, non-medical home care for seniors. We are seeking compassionate and dependable individuals with at least one year of professional or personal caregiving experience . Benefits & Perks Competitive pay of $16–$18/hour Paid Time Off Direct Deposit and Pay-on-Demand options Performance-based pay increases Flexible scheduling to match your availability Part-time and PRN opportunities Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts Consistent client assignments when available One-on-one in-home senior care Ongoing caregiver training and support Merit-based pay increases Career advancement opportunities Supportive and responsive local office team Caregiver Responsibilities As a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or PCA, your responsibilities may include: Providing companionship and emotional support Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Helping clients with walking, mobility, positioning, and transfers Providing toileting and incontinence care Preparing meals and assisting with eating Providing medication reminders Performing light housekeeping and laundry Assisting with errands, transportation, and appointments Monitoring and reporting changes in a client’s condition Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment Protecting each client’s privacy, dignity, and independence Communicating professionally with clients, families, and office staff Documenting completed care and reporting concerns promptly Caregiver Qualifications At least one year of caregiving experience is required Must have reliable transportation CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is preferred but not required Prior caregiving experience preferred (training available for the right candidate) Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude A valid driver’s license Ability to pass a background check Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, memory care, dementia care, hospice care, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, or private-duty caregiving is valuable for this position.
