Job Description: We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to assist a sweet couple residing at Monte Vista Assisted Living in El Paso. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in elderly care, a kind demeanor, and a strong sense of responsibility. This is a consistent weekday position with steady hours. Responsibilities: Assist both clients with bathroom needs and personal care Provide companionship and emotional support Maintain the apartment clean and organized (light housekeeping) Escort clients downstairs for lunch daily Accompany clients to doctor’s appointments as needed Monitor and report any changes in health or behavior to the care coordinator Requirements: Previous experience in caregiving or a related field Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to pass a background check Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM Compensation: $11- 14 per hour depending on experience If you are dependable, caring, and looking for a stable weekday schedule, we would love to hear from you!
