Spring Oak Senior Living at Tri-Cities- Petersburg, Virginia Spring Oak Senior Living at Tri-Cities is seeking a compassionate and dependable **Caregiver (PCA/CNA)** to join our team in **Petersburg, Virginia**. This position is ideal for someone who finds purpose in helping older adults and wants to build meaningful relationships with residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. ### Responsibilities: - Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living. - Provide companionship, supervision, and emotional support. - Support residents living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. - Monitor residents’ well-being and report changes in condition. - Follow individualized care plans and community procedures. - Maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. ### Qualifications: - PCA or CNA certification is preferred. - Previous caregiving, senior living, assisted living, or memory care experience is preferred. - Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to older adults. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Dependable, professional, and committed to excellent resident care. ### Shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm, every other weekend included in the shift.
