Caregiver Pay: $17 for caregivers and $18-$25 for CNA Location: Hartford County, CT | In-person Shifts: Days | Evenings | Overnights | Weekends | Live-In / 24-Hour We are hiring reliable and compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one care and daily living support to seniors and individuals with specialized care needs throughout Hartford County. Key Responsibilities Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities Provide companionship and emotional support Assist clients with Dementia and Alzheimer’s care routines Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping Communicate with clients, families, and care team members Follow care plans and report changes in clients' conditions Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment Qualifications Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience required CNA or PCA certification preferred Experience in senior care or home care Experience working with Dementia and Alzheimer’s patients Experience using a Hoyer Lift and gait belt is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, organized, and dependable Compassionate and professional Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills If you are a dedicated and compassionate caregiver looking for a rewarding opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
